Hello! I’m Starr Fountain, the passionate creator behind Plate It with Starr. I can’t contain my excitement for exploring the world of plant-based cooking, where I blend personal and shared vegan recipes that not only tantalize the taste buds but also nourish the soul.

Transforming my favorite non-vegan dishes into delicious vegan alternatives has been a joyful adventure. It all began in February 2020 when I took a leap of faith into this vibrant lifestyle, and I’ve never looked back! This journey has completely transformed my life—I’ve lost over 20 pounds and embraced a healthier version of myself, both mentally and spiritually.

For a long time, I believed that a vegan lifestyle was too complicated and unrealistic. I’m here to tell you that’s simply not true! Now, I’m dedicated to sharing my plant-based journey, along with restaurant reviews, through Plate It with Starr.
